Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using Enweto's (enwetos.in). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. About Enweto's

Enweto's is a digital invitation and greeting card platform operated by SS Innovation Solution, Nagpur, Maharashtra, India. We provide tools to create, customise, and share digital invitations, cards, and slambooks for personal events.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make a purchase on Enweto's. By using our platform, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Purchases & Payments

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or UPI details.
• Upon successful payment, your invitation project is created and accessible from your dashboard.
• A payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.
• For refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

Our content: All templates, designs, animations, graphics, and code on Enweto's are the property of SS Innovation Solution. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or create derivative works from our templates.

Your content: You retain ownership of the text and photos you upload to your invitation projects. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display, and deliver that content solely for the purpose of running your invitation.

Third-party content: Do not upload images, music, or text that you do not own or have explicit permission to use. We are not liable for any intellectual property infringement caused by content you upload.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Enweto's to:

• Upload or share illegal, obscene, defamatory, or offensive content.
• Impersonate another person or organisation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform.
• Use our service for commercial resale without written authorisation.
• Spam or send unsolicited messages via invitation links.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

7. Invitation Links & Guest Data

• Your published invitation link is accessible to anyone who has the URL. Keep your link private if you do not want it publicly accessible.
• RSVP responses and guest data collected through your invitation are accessible to you via your dashboard.
• We process guest data on your behalf. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your guests for collecting their information.

8. Media Storage

Photos you upload are stored on Cloudinary. We reserve the right to remove media that violates our Acceptable Use policy. Your uploaded media may be deleted if your account is terminated or your storage expires.

9. Service Availability

We strive to keep Enweto's available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily takes the service offline. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SS Innovation Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Enweto's, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or damages caused by third-party service failures (Razorpay, Cloudinary, Cloudflare, etc.).

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of Enweto's shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Enweto's after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
